PROCESS: PURLIN OVERLAY WITH STANDING SEAM METAL
Through in-house manufacturing capabilities, we fabricated a secondary structural purlin that was overlayed to the existing roof system. We then added insulation and installed a new 95 foot long, 040 aluminum standing seam panel that did not burden the existing structure, eliminated all seams, added R-value to the building, and saved the customer from unnecessary disturbances and expense.
